Founded in 2000, Tapster Rock provides software that helps large organisations successfully manage strategic change. The management team of Tapster Rock have combined experiences in programme management, software development, and financial services. Historically the only way of drawing together all of the information needed to understand the position of a portfolio of strategic change projects and programmes was a time consuming and costly manual task using precious skilled resources. Research indicates that three groups of people must be supported by the output from this exercise: executives, co-ordinators, and implementers. Each of these groups has their own specialised requirements when using this information. Tapster Rock's challenge was to develop innovative software to give organisations the ongoing ?big picture? of the programmes and projects that will help to deliver their strategy.
