- Integrates and correlates application performance with the health of other IT resources, for end-to-end analysis of problems affecting service delivery
- Performs root-cause and impact analysis of authentic service-affecting problems, including complete disruption; degradation, where services are being delivered but performance is unacceptable; and at-risk, where additional failures will disrupt service
