Airbee-ZNMS™ is a Network Management System product designed for low-rate Wireless Personal Area Networks (WPAN). This powerful management platform has been developed in line with the Open System Interconnect (OSI) specifications of FCAPS (Fault Configuration-Account Performance and Security Management). Airbee-ZNMS™ is a JAVA based web-enabled technology. Airbee-ZNMS™ uses the proprietary Airbee-ZNMP protocol, a variant of the standard SNMP protocol tailored to suit the requirements of managing WPAN networks.
The major components of Airbee-ZNMS™ are the Airbee-ZAgent and the Airbee-ZNMS™ Server. The Airbee-ZAgent, similar to the SNMP agent, resides in ZigBee devices and communicates with the server using the Airbee-ZNMP protocol. |
